At AIGA’s 12-hour makeathon, I worked on a digital ad campaign for Lucky Dog Refuge, a charity that rescues dogs in critical situations. Our goal was to raise awareness, increase donations, and boost adoptions while enhancing their brand recognition. I contributed by creating playful and emotional illustrations for Instagram posts that highlighted individual rescue stories and encouraged people to adopt, donate, or volunteer.
In addition to the illustrations, I also created GIFs for Lucky Dog Refuge to use in their Instagram posts. These playful, animated elements were designed to grab attention and add an extra layer of engagement to their social media campaign.
I also designed a new newsletter banner, giving it a bold and engaging look that aligned with the charity’s mission. Additionally, I created a t-shirt design to be used for fundraising and brand promotion. It was a rewarding experience to use design for a cause with such a meaningful impact.
